Students were asked to create a medium-scale campaign focusing on a brand of a smaller audience. I chose Borla, an American custom exhaust manufacturer with a rich heritage.

Approach
I set out to create a brand identity that would amplify Borla’s positioning as the creators of some of the loudest and tonal exhausts in the world. I created a custom logotype that was inspired by the sharp tones of their exhausts, also inspired by the shapes that audio graphs produce to create a "loud" effect. I also began exploring ways to take their brand from only exhaust advertising, to also lifestyle accessorization.

Outcome
The final visual identity of Borla was able to utilize assets such as lifestyle accessories and a refreshed user interface to solidify Borla as one of the most iconic American exhaust brands.
